Air-conditioning units
1、The overall design of the units is mainly in accordance with the National Standards of Combined Air-conditioning Units Specifications.It has referred to both domestic and overseas technical materials of the products with the same type,and has reached a best design level and quality in the areas of overall performance (blowing rate,refrigerating capacity,heat quantity,air friction,noise),energy consumption,weight,volume and cost,etc.
2、The components are delivered to the place for assembly with aluminum alloy material and color steel sheet.Sandwich Panel is made up of polystyrene or polyurethane.The joint of color steel sheet and aluminum alloy material is sealed by self-adhesive tapes.The whole structure is special for its light weight,good heat preservation,easy load and transit and short assembly time.
3、The units have such functional sections as initial air return mixing section,filtering section initial air return mixing section,first effect filtering section,second air return section,surface cooling water break section,steam heating section,fan section,medium effect filtering section.flow equalizing section,muffling section,fan blowing section,etc These sections can flexibly adopted and combinedin keeping with different needs of design institutes and users.
4、The supporting fans of units employ domestically advanced KKF(or TDKF)type two-intaking centrifugal fan,and feature high efficiency,low noise,wide pressure height range,etc.,which can meet the requirem ents of low pressure height cooling system,medium pressure height thermostatic system and high pressure height cleansing systems.
5、The supporting heat exchangers(surface cooler,heater)of the units are copper pipe with double flanging aluminum sheet,mechanical expand tubes.They are of good rigidity,high efficiency of heatexchange,low friction to air or water,and can be used both for cooling and heating.
6、The filtering section of the units uses bag filters made of terylene. non-woven fabrics,and has advantages of high filtering efficiency,low friction,detach ability,easy-cleansing and changeability of filtering materials.
7、The heating section of the units has two kinds of heating means; steam(hot water)heating and electric heating.Damping section also has two kinds:dry steam damping and electric damping,Design institutes and users can select for use according to their actual needs.
8、To meet the different requirements of customers to purposes and performance,our company can also tailor make the products with nonstandard dimensions requested by customers. |
